Complex Care - Support & Solutions

We are a team of highly experienced individuals who strive to promote and achieve equality, independence, and positive outcomes for all individuals regardless of their abilities or protected characteristics. We believe that more providers want to deliver outstanding support to improve the quality of life to those they support but recognise they need additional input to achieve this. More and more providers are investing in specialist teams to work solely on improving the quality of support delivery.

We adopt a social model that takes a different view and believes that everyone is able to control their pathway, we apply a transitional and holistic approach to guide this and reflect on our many experiences to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Combined we have over 60 years’ experience in working alongside individuals to help them achieve and exceed their goals, maintain placements, and integrate into the community. LMP can bring this experience into services to support the service to achieve the same outcomes for those they support.

We adopt a personalised approach to each individual circumstance, starting with developing knowledge and understanding of the service supports and systems around the individual. We support services to  implement a range of advanced psychological techniques. Fostering the development of communication techniques and positive interactions. Staff bespoke training is a key aspect of providing a service that promotes a quality fulfilled life for those receiving support
